Using Bayesian Loglinear Regression to test for independence of gender and minority classification
A small business owner wants to examine 474 employee records to assess the independence of two factors: gender and minority classification. The aim is to construct a contingency table that contains the observed and the expected counts with gender as the rows and minority as the columns. It is assumed that the total number of the table counts is fixed.
