Running the Analysis

  1. To run a Probit Analysis, from the menus choose:

    Analyze > Regression > Probit...

  2. Select Number of respondents as the response frequency variable.
  3. Select Number of subjects as the total observed variable.
  4. Select Site of offer as the factor. It will appear as site(? ?) when selected.
  5. Select Value of offer as a covariate.
  6. Select Natural log as the transformation to use on the covariate.
  7. Select site(? ?) and click Define Range.

  8. Type 1 as the minimum value.
  9. Type 3 as the maximum value.
  10. Click Continue.
  11. Click Options in the Probit Analyis dialog box.

  12. Select Parallelism test in the Statistics group.
  13. Select Calculate from data in the Natural Response Rate group.
  14. Type 100 as the maximum iterations in the Criteria group.
  15. Click Continue.
  16. Click OK in the Probit Analysis dialog box.
