is available in SPSS® Statistics Premium Edition or the Complex Samples option.
CSPLAN
creates a complex sample design or analysis specification that is used by
companion procedures in SPSS Statistics Premium Edition or the Complex Samples option.

This command takes effect immediately. It does not read the active dataset or execute pending transformations. See the topic Command Order for more information.
Syntax for the CSPLAN command can be generated from the Sampling Wizard. Syntax for the CSPLAN command can be generated from the Analysis Preparation Wizard.
