Pivoting the Ratios Table

1. Double-click the table to activate it.
2. From the Viewer menus choose:

   Pivot > Pivoting Trays

3. Drag Numerator and then Denominator from the row to the layer.
4. Drag County from the row to the column.
5. Drag Statistics from the column to the row.
6. Close the pivoting trays window.
