The parameter estimates for the younger age groups are greater than 0.0 and have small significance values (less than 0.05). Thus, the analysts conclude that younger drivers are at greater risk for accidents than mature drivers.

Moreover, male drivers are at greater risk than female drivers.

Lastly, there appears to be a slight interaction effect that suggests young male drivers are somewhat less at risk than you would expect, given their age and gender.
