Requesting Reports

A variety of individuals in an organization may request statistical reports. Follow the established process for submitting these requests to an analyst. The report request should take into account:

• Available IBM® SPSS® Statistics statistics and procedures
• Available output types (text, HTML, IBM SPSS Statistics data file, and IBM SPSS Statistics Output XML)
• Available data
• How often the report should be run
