Analyzing Churn Using OLAP Cubes

A telecommunications firm wants to reduce churn, or the proportion of customers who switch to a different provider. The OLAP Cubes procedure will be used to describe customers who have and have not churned over the last month across the firm's three geographic zones, or selling areas.
