Administrator-Level Permissions

By default, the administrator group for the server software is the administrators group for the machine on which the server software is running. You can change the administrator group for the server software by specifying it in the Admin Group text box in the administration application (IBM® SPSS® Statistics Administration Console, which is installed as part of IBM SPSS Deployment Manager). If you are using internal authentication on UNIX, you can create administrators directly. See the topic Configuring Internal Authentication for more information.
