MEMALLOCATE Subcommand (TWOSTEP CLUSTER command)
The MEMALLOCATE
subcommand specifies the maximum
amount of memory in megabytes (MB) that the cluster algorithm should
use. If the procedure exceeds this maximum, it will use the disk to
store information that will not fit in memory.
- The minimum value that you can specify is 4. If this subcommand is not specified, the default value is 64 MB.
- Consult your system administrator for the largest value you can specify on your system.
