spsspkg.IsDistributedMode(). Indicates whether IBM® SPSS® Statistics is in distributed mode. The result is Boolean—TRUE if SPSS Statistics is in distributed mode, FALSE otherwise. The IsDistributedMode function always returns FALSE when SPSS Statistics is run from R.
