Using Multiple Response Analysis to Track Service Usage
A telecommunications provider wants to examine usage patterns in its customer base across a variety of services, including multiple lines, voice mail, paging, internet, caller id, call waiting, call forwarding, 3-way calling, and electronic billing. Many customers use more than one service, so the company decides to create a multiple response set for these variables.
