Parametric Accelerated Failure Time Models: Plot
This feature requires SPSS® Statistics Standard Edition or the Regression Option.
Plot
- Cox-Snell residual plot
- Select Display the plot to create a Cox-Snell residual plot. In the Number of binning cut points field, specify a number from 1 to 10000. The default setting is 100.
- Function Plots
- An option to control the function plots.
- Type
-
- Survival
- Creates the plot for survival functions.
- Hazard
- Creates the plot for the hazard functions.
- Density
- Creates a plot for the density functions.
- Number of points to display
- Specifies the number of function points between 1 and 200. The default setting is 100.
- Covariate Values for Plot
- An optional to specify the user-supplied values and assign them to the predictors. By default, the designated plots will be created at the Mean of each covariate in effect and the category frequency of each factor in effect. If specified, the designated plots will be created based on the pattern's setting. In the presence of any duplicated variables, the one specified first would be recognized and the rest would be ignored. A valid variable must be contained in a model effect. For a covariate, the user-supplied value must be numeric. Omission of a variable in effect indicates that the category frequency and the Mean would be used by default for the factor and the covariate, respectively. If an invalid value is assigned to a variable, the pattern requested will not be plotted.

- Separate lines for
- An option to specify a categorical variable by which the line plots will be drawn.
- Maximum number of lines in a chart
- Specifies the maximum number of the lines in a chart if Separate lines for is specified. The default setting is 10.
