Applying Temporal Causal Models

Two procedures are available for applying models that were created with the Temporal Causal Modeling procedure. Both procedures require the model system file, which can be saved as part of the Temporal Causal Modeling procedure.

Temporal Causal Model Forecasting

You can use this procedure to obtain forecasts for series for which more current data is available, without rebuilding your models. You can also generate any of the output that is available with the Temporal Causal Modeling procedure.

Temporal Causal Model Scenarios

Use this procedure to investigate how specific values of a particular time series, in a model system, affect the predicted values of the time series that are causally related to it.
