Showing hidden rows and columns in a table

1. Activate the pivot table.
2. From the menus choose:

   View > Show All Categories

This displays all hidden rows and columns in the table. (If Hide empty rows and columns is selected in Table Properties for this table, a completely empty row or column remains hidden.)
