Special Considerations: Output Viewer

Charts, tree diagrams, and models views are not screen-reader accessible.

Pivot tables and text output are screen-reader accessible. For pivot tables you can control how row and column labels are read when cell contents are read.

1. From the menus, choose:Edit > Options
2. Click the Output tab.
3. Select the option you want in the Screen Reader Accessibility group.
   • Read full row and column labels for each cell in pivot tables. This option is the default.
   • Read only row or column labels that change when you move to a different cell.
