Bayesian One-way ANOVA: Plots

You can control the plots that are output.

Plot group(s)

Specify the subgroups to be plotted. Plot the likelihood, prior, and posterior for the means of the specified groups. The Groups list is a subset of the categories of the factor variable, so the format should be consistent with the factor's data type and actual values.

Variance of error terms

When selected, the variance of errors is plotted. The setting is deselected by default. This option is not available when Estimate Bayes Factor is selected as the Bayesian Analysis.
