Define Variable Weight in Multiple Correspondence Analysis

You can set the weight for analysis variables.

Variable weight. You can choose to define a weight for each variable. The value specified must be a positive integer. The default value is 1.

To Define a Weight in Multiple Correspondence Analysis

1. Select a variable in the Analysis Variables list in the Multiple Correspondence Analysis dialog box.
2. Click Define Variable Weight.
3. Enter the weight value for the variable.
4. Click Continue.

You cannot define weights for supplementary variables.
