Release	New features and updates
8.2.2	Maintenance updates are provided in this release.
8.2.1	IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for UNIX and Linux Beginning with version 8.2.1, IBM Storage Protect Snapshot supports Safeguarded snapshots feature of IBM FlashSystem.
8.2.0	IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for UNIX and Linux Beginning with version 8.2.0, IBM Storage Protect Snapshot supports Coordinated High Availability (HA) Snapshots feature of IBM FlashSystem. Beginning with version 8.2.0, IBM Storage Protect Snapshot supports DB2 12.1.0 version.
8.1.24	IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for UNIX and Linux Beginning with version 8.1.24, IBM Spectrum® Protect Snapshot is now IBM Storage Protect Snapshot. The IBM Spectrum family of products has been rebranded as IBM Storage. To learn more about the rebranding transition, see IBM Spectrum brand change to IBM Storage. Beginning with version 8.1.24, IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot supports backup, in-place restore, delete, and offload operations from single site and Policy-Based High Availability (HA) topologies for the IBM FlashSystem volume group snapshots. The offload operation is only supported locally from each site for both topologies.
8.1.21	IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for Windows™ In this release, a number of APARs were fixed and implemented.

8.1.19	IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for Windows Beginning with version 8.1.19, IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot is now IBM Storage Protect Snapshot. The IBM Spectrum family of products has been rebranded as IBM Storage, optimizing performance for data-intensive applications with intelligent edge, core, and cloud storage solutions. To learn more about the rebranding transition, see IBM Spectrum brand change to IBM Storage. In this release, a number of APARs were fixed and implemented.
8.1.17	IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for Windows In this release, a number of APARs were fixed and implemented.
8.1.14	IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for Windows A number of APARs were fixed and implemented. A number of PSIRTs were fixed and implemented by the IBM Spectrum Protect Backup-Archive Client. For more information about the new features and updates, see IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot 8.1.14 updates.
8.1.13	IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot In this release, a number of APARs were fixed and implemented. For more information about the new features and updates, see IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot 8.1.13 updates. IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for Windows Microsoft Windows Server 2022 - In IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for Windows 8.1.13, support for Windows Server 2022 is added. Microsoft Windows 11 - In IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for Windows 8.1.13, support for Windows 11 is added.
