Set command
Use the set command to set the IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for Exchange Server configuration parameters in a configuration file.
The values that you set are saved in an IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for Exchange Server configuration file. The default file is tdpexc.cfg. Configuration values can also be set in the Data Protection Properties window in Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
For command invocations other than this command, the value of a configuration parameter that is specified in a command overrides the value of the configuration parameter that is specified in the IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for Exchange Server configuration file. If, when you use this command, you do not override a value for the configuration file parameter, the values in the default configuration file are used.
