IBM Storage Protect Snapshot for Oracle RAC
An Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) database shares data files between multiple server nodes or instances, while a single-node database is hosted only by one server node. Each node contains its own Oracle RAC instance and its own Oracle ASM instance. Database files are shared using shared disk storage with ASM.
