Explanation
      
    During the partition phase of a remote copy backup operation, the SVC storage adapter figures out
    the name of the remote copy consistency group. Later in the flash phase, the adapter uses
    the name to inquire the state of the remote copy consistency group. However, before the FlashCopy process started,
    the name of the consistency group was found empty.

    Verify the configuration of the IBM Storage Protect Snapshot adapter for the SVC Storage System.
    Use the IBM SAN Volume Controller Storage Management GUI or command-line interface (SVC CLI)
    to verify the storage configuration. Ensure that the remote mirror relationships of the specific application instance 
    are all included in a dedicated remote copy consistency group.
