Explanation

Using the IBM SVC Storage Management GUI or command-line interface (SVC CLI), check that the FlashCopy target volume exists. Compare the FlashCopy backups listed after you run a IBM Storage Protect Snapshot inquire command with the FlashCopy target volumes found on the storage system. Check the monitoring log (monitor.log) file in the ACS_DIR/logs directory to verify that the IBM Storage Protect Snapshot reconciliation process was started.
