Adding new disks to backup storage

If you require more space for backup operations in a selected storage pool, you can add unused disk storage.

Procedure

To add new unused disks to a disk storage pool, complete the following steps:

In the navigation panel, click System Configuration > Storage > vSnap servers.
Select the vSnap server that you want to configure, and then click Manage.
Open the Storage disk tab.
Select a disk to add to your storage environment from the list of available disks.
Click Save.
