Troubleshooting errors related to OSSM credentials
If an error occurs with the registered Open Snap Store Manager (OSSM) credentials, it is likely because of OSSM administrator password or node password expiry. By default the passwords are set to auto-renew when it expires. If the system is out of service or shut down while auto-renewing the password, the OSSM credentials expires and locks the OSSM administrator ID. Troubleshooting procedures are available to resolve the errors that occur and unlock the credentials.
