You can edit the options for Open Snap Store Manager (OSSM) that you registered as a backup storage for
VMware workloads.
Procedure
To edit the options in the OSSM backup storage provider, complete the
following steps:

In the navigation panel, click .
- Click OSSM to open the OSSM wizard.
- Click the OSSM storage server that you
registered, and then click Edit.
- Edit the following fields:
- Port
- Specify the port number for the control agent.
- Registration Key
- Enter the registration key that you copied from the OSSM configuration wizard.
Restriction: You cannot change the IBM Storage Protect server
Hostname/IP and Site details.
- Certificate

Locate the OSSM certificate
certificate.pem in the OSSM instance configuration directory on the
IBM Storage®
Protect server. By default, the OSSM certificate is stored in the following
directory:
/home/tsminst1/ossm/.secret/
In the
Certificate field, select one of the following options to import
the certificate:
- Upload

- Copy the /home/tsminst1/ossm/.secret/certificate.pem file from the IBM Storage Protect
server to the local machine where you are running
the IBM Storage Protect
Plus browser.
- Rename the certificate file. The name must be unique and must not match any of the existing file
names.
- Click Choose file and search for the downloaded certificate in your
system.
- Click Upload. This option is the default.
- Copy and paste
- Enter a name for the certificate, such as certificate.pem. Then, paste the
contents of the certificate in the Copy and paste certificate here field and
click Create.
- Use existing certificate
- Click Choose file to select an existing certificate from the
Select a certificate list.
- Click Save to update the OSSM storage server settings.
