Cleaning up and upgrading Open Snap Store Manager

If your environment was used for the OSSM feature available in IBM Storage Protect 8.1.15 or previous version, you must perform the cleanup steps prior to upgrading OSSM to the newer version. If you are upgrading the IBM Storage Protect server from 8.1.16 or later, you do not need to perform the cleanup steps.
