You can configure the Operations Center to send a general operations report, a license compliance report, and custom reports to one or more recipients.
Procedure

On the Operations Center menu bar, click Reports.

If a mail server connection is not configured, click Configure Mail
Server and complete the fields.
After you configure the mail server connection, the general operations report and license
estimation report are enabled.
Restriction: The mail server must be a Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol (SMTP) host server that is configured to use open mail relay. With open mail
relay, the sender of the email message is not authenticated.

To change report settings, select a report, click Details, and update
the form.
- Optional:
To add a custom report, click + Report, and complete the form.
Tip: To immediately run and send a report, select the report and click Send. Manually sending a report provides a way to test the report configuration before it is sent to all recipients at its scheduled time.
