        Possible causes of this message include: The client acceptor is not running. The VSSALTSTAGINGDIR option setting in the TDP option file is not set to the same value as the VSSALTSTAGINGDIR option setting in the Data Protection for Microsoft SQL Server Remote Client Agent Service (DSMAGENT) option file. They must be set to the same value.
