Power Automate

Procedure

Go to the IBM® Storage Protect for Cloud Recovery Portal, and follow the steps below to export Power Automate flows:
Note: In IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Microsoft 365, the administrator can configure the end-user restore setting to control whether to allow the flow creator and owners to export Power Automate backup data from IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Recovery Portal.

  1. Click the Power Automate tile.
  2. To search for backup data of Power Automate, choose one of the following methods:
    • If you want to search for the cloud flow by the flow name, enter keywords in the search box.
    • If you want to narrow your search by additional conditions, click Advanced to expand the search panel and configure the following conditions:
      • Flow name – Enter keywords of a flow name.
      • Created date – Click the Calendar () button to select the created date of the flow.
      • Creator – Enter keywords of the flow creator’s display name or email address.
      • Environment – Enter keywords of the environment in which the flow is created.
      • State – Select the flow status.

      Click Search to search for the backup data. If you want to reset the search conditions, click Reset.

  3. The search results will be listed. A maximum of 2000 search results can be displayed. By default, the items listed in the search results table are the latest backup data. If your desired items are not in the table and the message Continue to search for more backup data by clicking here. is displayed at the bottom of the table, click here to continue with the search.
  4. Select the checkboxes next to the flows that you want to export. You can export a maximum of 10 flows at a time.
  5. Click Export to export selected flows and download the selected flows to a local path.
  6. Once the export job starts, you can go to Request history to view the progress of the job. In Request history, you can also download exported data. For more details, refer to View Request History and Download Exported Data.
