Monitoring activities

Sponsor Administrators can monitor the status of all activities that are rolled out to partners. Line-of-business (LOB) representatives can monitor the rolled-out activities of all partners that are assigned to the same division as that of the LOB representative.

About this task

Only activities that are rolled out to partners can be monitored. Activities in Draft or Final status are not available for monitoring.
Note: For an LOB representative, the Participant Progress Panel shows only the partners that are assigned to the same division as that of the LOB representative. If no activity is rolled out to those partners, no activity is listed. View Details shows only the details that apply to the partners that are assigned to the same division.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the PEM Portal as a Sponsor Administrator or an LOB representative.
  2. Select Activities > Monitoring.
    The Monitoring tab is displayed with the status of all rolled-out activities. You can select the number of items that are displayed per page in the Show 10 per page field. The default is 10 items, but you can choose to display fewer items or more items.

    If no activity is rolled out to a partner, no activity is listed on the Monitoring page.

  3. Optional: If required, select an activity, and click the arrow in the Actions column. Select one of the following actions:
    • To view detailed information about each participant, select View Details.
    • To add partners to the activity, select Add Partners. You can choose additional partners to add to a rolled out activity. The LOB representative does not have the Add Partners option.
    • To close the activity, select Close Activity. When an activity is closed, the partner is still able to run the tasks for that activity. Typically, an activity is closed after it is completed. The Close Activity option is not available for the LOB representative.
