Modifying the details of a code list

You can modify the details of a code list.

To modify the details of a code list, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to PEM Partner Repository as a Sponsor Administrator.
2. Click Settings > Configurations > Code List.
3. Perform a simple search by the code list name or click More to perform an advance search.
4. To add advance search criteria, click + Add Filter. The Add Filter window opens.
5. From the Filter list, select the appropriate filter criteria and specify the corresponding details.
   Attention: If you select the filter criteria, Is default version prod is equal to Y and Is default version test is equal to N all the records that meets these two filter criteria are displayed.

   Note: You can modify a Code List if it is in New, Complete or Modified state. You cannot modify it when it is in In-Progress, Failed or Deleted state. For more information, see Code and code list transition statuses.
6. Click + Add Filter that is present at the bottom and click OK.
7. From the list, expand the tree and click the appropriate hyperlink. Based on your selection, the appropriate window opens.
8. Click Edit and modify the necessary details.
9. Click SAVE.
10. Click Close.
