Deactivating a custom field

You can deactivate a custom field. A deactivated custom field cannot be assigned to a partner and or used in a new activity for component mapping.

1. Sign in to the PEM PortalPEM Partner Repository as a Sponsor Administrator.
2. Click Settings > Custom Fields.
3. In the Actions column for the custom field, click the arrow and select Deactivate.
   A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Click Deactivate.
