System_Notification Activity Rollout

Perform this procedure to roll out the System_Notification activity.

  1. Sign in to PEM Portal as a System Administrator.
  2. Click Activities.
  3. In the Actions column, click Rollout to open the Activity Rollout window. For more information, see Rolling out an activity.
  4. Click Start Activity in the Actions column to open the Task Execution window.
  5. Select the partner group from the drop down (For example, SFTP Push, SFTP Pull, All, and more).
  6. Click Next.
  7. Configure the notification message –
    1. Enter message text in the Notification Message field.
    2. Click Next.
    3. Select the partners who receives the message from Email List.
    4. Click Finish. A green status indicates that the activity completed successfully.
