Activating a user

You can activate an PEM Portal user if the user is inactive.

  1. Sign in to PEM Portal as a Partner Administrator.
  2. Click Directory > Users to access the Users page.
  3. Click the arrow in the Actions column, select Activate.
    A confirmation window opens.
  4. Click OK to activate the user.
    An email notice about account activation is sent to the user. The user is marked as Active in the Status column.
