Single sign-on User and Profile Roles
In case of Single sign-on, the organization and user details are managed by identity management system due to which there are restrictions on who can update organization and users in IBM PEM.
User roles and responsibilities:

| Sponsor Profile | A sponsor organization profile detail can be updated only by a system
administrator. Note: Sponsor organization can be updated only through API.
