Getting started as a partner administrator
A Sponsor company invites you to register for IBM PEM and approves your registration.
The following table shows the general steps in your registration process. The Sponsor company and Partner Administrator columns have an X if an associated person completes the task. The steps after the table correspond to the steps in the table and provide more information.

- You receive an email invitation to register.
- Enter the unique registration code. Read the Guest User Notice. If you have read it, click Yes and then Next.
- Provide information about yourself and your company to complete IBM PEM
registration and submit your request. An X appears next to a field if you enter incompatible
information. See Registering as a partner organization and administrator.
Note: If you have questions, you can reply to the email invitation to request more information.
- You receive an email notification that your registration was accepted or rejected.
- Sign in to IBM PEM with the email ID and password that you entered on the registration form.
- (Optional) If you are prompted for a One Time Password (OTP), enter the OTP received in your
email. The OTP is mailed to your registered email ID. If you do not have the OTP or the OTP has
expired, regenerate the OTP by clicking the Click to generate the OTP
link.Note: On the sign-in page, you can select a different language. IBM PEM supports the following languages:
Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese-simplified, Chinese-traditional, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish.
When you sign in, by default a welcome message is displayed. You have an activity dashboard, which is blank by default. When activities are present, the dashboard shows the number of activities Not Started, Started, Completed, and Closed.
