Viewing partner details

Sponsor Administrators can get a 360-degree view of all the partners within their partner communities. Line-of-business (LOB) representatives that are assigned to a division can view only the partners that are assigned to the same division. You can see the contact details and email addresses of partner administrators and partner users that you have the permission to view. You can also see the activities that are associated with the partner.

  1. Sign in to the PEM Portal as a Sponsor Administrator, an LOB representative, or a Sponsor Standard User.
  2. Click Directory.
The Partners tab is displayed by default. You can select the number of items that are displayed per page in the Show 10 per page field. The default is 10 items, but you can choose to display fewer items or more items.
Note: For an LOB representative, only the partners assigned that are assigned to the same division as that of an LOB representative can be viewed. If there are no partners assigned to the division of an LOB representative, the Partners list is empty.
