Inviting partner administrators to register

A Sponsor Administrator or an LOB representative can invite partner administrators by sending email invitations with links they can use to register.

Before inviting partners to register, you might want to customize the email templates for your company. For example, you can add your company logo. To add images to an email template, see Adding an image to an email template.
Partner administrators that you invite receive an email invitation with a link for registration. The link is a one time link and expires when it is used for registration. Optionally, you can also set an expiration date after which the link can no longer be used. If no expiration date is set, then the link is active until it is used for registration. An email message is sent to the user if the user does not register within the expiration date or if the user registration is rejected.
  1. Sign in to the PEM Portal as a Sponsor Administrator or LOB representative.
  2. Select Directory > Partners.
    The list of partner administrators is displayed.
  3. Click Invite.
    The Partner Registration Invite window is displayed.
  4. In the User ID (Email) field, type the email addresses of the partner administrators you want to invite.
    You can invite up to 25 users at one time by typing a comma between the email addresses.
  5. Optional: In the Expiration Date field, select the expiration date for the registration link.
  6. Click Invite. A confirmation message is displayed; click OK.
    The email invitation is sent.
