Deactivating a Partner

You can deactivate a Partner from IBM PEM. When a partner is deactivated, an email notification is sent to the Partner administrator. The inactivate Partners are not listed while sharing the activities and while rolling out activities to Partners. You can only view the 360-degree details of the inactive Partners but cannot make any changes to the Partner profile.

  1. Sign in to PEM Portal as a Partner Administrator.
  2. Click Directory > Partners to access the Partners page.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Actions column and click Deactivate.
    A confirmation window opens.
  4. Click OK to deactivate the Partner.
    An email notice is sent to the Partner administrator about Partner deactivation. The Partner is marked as Inactive in the Status column.
