Logging

Provisioning requests from PEM Partner Repository and their status are logged in the PEM Partner Provisioner log file.

You can monitor the activities that are run as part of a provisioning request event in PEM Partner Provisioner. For example, if the event triggers three activities, you see three activities in the Activity Monitoring user interface. The logs show the incoming event data and the names of the activities that were triggered by the event.

The PEM Partner Provisioner event package by default is set to the INFO log level, and customers can change the default logging level.
Warning: Suppressing the event logs reduces the visibility into the processing of events since there is no user interface for the event processing. However, suppressing the event logs does not affect the functionality of PEM Partner Provisioner.

The log file is on the server where PEM Partner Provisioner is installed, in the folder <install_dir>/usr/servers/provisioner/logs, where <install_dir> is the folder in which the PEM Partner Provisioner installation files are located. The logs show the incoming event data and the names of the activities that were triggered by the event.
