Provisioning a code and code list

You can provision a code and code list.

1. Sign in to PEM Partner Repository as a Sponsor Administrator.
2. Click Settings > Configurations > Code List.
3. To provision a code list, complete the following steps:
   1. From the list, expand the tree and click the code list version. The Code list version configuration window opens.
   2. Click Provision <configuration type>. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK.

      For example, if you click Provision Production, an event is triggered to PEM Partner Provisioner. Depending on the status of the activities, the code list status changes to Complete (Production).

   Attention: Before provisioning a code, check its transition state and provision them accordingly:

   • You can provision a code if it is in New, Failed, Modified or Deleted state. You cannot provision a code if it is in In-progress or Complete state.
   • You can modify an existing code or add a code to a code list if it is in New, Complete or Modified state.

4. To provision a code, complete the following steps:
   Note: You can provision a code only if the status of the code list is in Complete (Production) status.

   Important: If multiple users are modifying one or more codes in a code list, each code must be provisioned separately rather than the entire code list.

   1. From the list, expand the tree and select the configuration type. The Code list configuration type window opens.
   2. Click Provision.
5. Click Close.
