Creating versions of an SSH key

You can create multiple versions under the same SSH key. However, only the latest version under an SSH key is the default version. You can create versions under the same key only if the production provisioning for the earlier version is complete or the earlier version is deleted. The Configuration ID for all versions under an SSH key are the same as that of the SSH key.

  1. Sign in to PEM Partner Repository as a Sponsor Administrator.
  2. Click Directory. By default, the details of the Partners tab are displayed.
  3. In the Actions column, select SSH Keys from the list for the appropriate company. The SSH Keys window opens.
  4. Click the appropriate SSH key that you want to configure.
  5. Click the Name hyperlink to open an SSH key.
  6. Click Create or Copy to create a new version under the SSH key.
Note: The Create or Copy options are displayed only when status of all the displayed versions is either provisioning complete or deleted.
