Creating a division

You can create a division.

1. Sign in to the PEM Portal as a Sponsor Administrator.
2. Click Directory > Divisions.
3. Click Create. The Division window opens.

   By default, the General tab is displayed.

4. In the Name field, enter the name of the division.
5. Optional. In the Division Unique ID field, enter a unique identifier for the division. Otherwise, when you save your changes, a unique identifier is automatically generated.
6. Optional. In the Description field, enter the description of the division.
7. Click Save.

   In Source Type, divisions that are created in PEM PortalPEM Partner Repository are indicated as internal.

   The Default Division field displays the default status of the division. Divisions that are created while creating a sponsor can only be a default division. Each sponsor can only have one default division. You cannot create or delete the default division.

8. Optional. If you want to modify the details of the division, click Edit. Otherwise, click Close.
