Replacing a shared activity

Sponsor users who need to update a shared activity can replace the activity without needing to copy and modify the shared activity and share it again.

Before you begin this task, you must have an activity that is already shared.
  1. Sign in to the PEM Portal as a Sponsor Administrator.
  2. Select Activities. The Definitions tab is displayed.
  3. In the Actions column for the activity to replace, click Replace Shared. The Select Activity Definition window is displayed.
    Tip: If Replace Shared does not appear in the Actions column, the activity might not be shared.
  4. In the Select Activity Definition window, select the activity to replace.
    You can page through the list of activities or search by activity name if necessary.
  5. Click Finish.
    Note: The partner does not receive email about the replaced activity.
    You see a confirmation message.
  6. Click OK to close the confirmation message.
