Deleting an activity definition

The owner of an activity definition can delete activities that are in either Draft or Final status.

1. Sign in to the PEM Portal as a Sponsor Administrator.
2. Select Activities. The list of activity definitions is displayed. You can select the number of items that are displayed per page in the Show 10 per page field. The default is 10 items, but you can choose to display fewer items or more items.
3. Click the arrow in the Actions column and select Delete.

   The activity is deleted.

   Remember:

   • Activity Definitions in Draft status are permanently deleted.

   • Activity Definitions in Final status are not permanently deleted. By default, the status changes to deleted and the deleted activity definitions are hidden. The activity definitions can be unhidden using the status filter.

   • Activity Definition deletion of a Final status is blocked if:

     • The activity definition is shared with a partner.

     • A scheduler configuration is configured to rollout this activity.

     • A provisioning rule is configured for the final state activity to be deleted.

   Note: You can perform activities like View, Export, Restore, and Save on Activity Definitions in the Deleted status.
