Adding a table component

A table component can be added to a dialog designer to populate static and dynamic content during the processing of the activity. You must add only one multiselect component in a dialog.

To add a table component, complete the following steps:

  1. Create an activity definition and open the Dialog Designer.
  2. In the Dialog Designer, click the Table component Table component icon.
  3. Specify the General properties for the table component.
  4. To allow partners to select rows during the processing of the activity, select the Selectable rows check box.
  5. To make the table component mandatory in the activity, select the Required check box.
  6. To define rows, columns, and data mappings, click the Edit link.

  7. Click Save as draft, Mark as final, or Test.
