High availability cluster configuration for WebSphere MQ
A WebSphere MQ message cluster configuration is the primary way to achieve high availability.
PEM Partner Repository or PEM Partner Provisioner supports the basic high availability WebSphere MQ message cluster configuration. An active or primary node and standby or passive node of WebSphere MQ are clustered together to provide a fully redundant instance of the node that is brought online, only if its associated primary node fails.
For more information about WebSphere MQ message cluster setup, see the corresponding WebSphere MQ High Availability documentation.
