You can customize the appearance of the applications and the email that is sent with
custom images.
Before you begin
The maximum dimensions for an image to appear on the sign-in screen are 200 pixels wide and 30
pixels high. The maximum dimensions for an image to appear on every page are 130 pixels wide and 39
pixels high. The maximum file size for each image is 2 MB. Allowed formats for both type of image
files are .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, and .bitmap.
About this task
A logo image appears only on the sign-in screen. A banner image appears on each page. Email
images can be added to customized email templates. There are only two fields for email images on
this screen because a maximum of two images can be added to email templates.
Procedure

Sign in to the PEM Portal as a System Administrator.

Click the arrow next to the menu item that displays your user name. Select My
Organization Profile.
The My Organization Profile window is displayed.
- Click Customization Information.
- Click Edit.
You
can now edit the information.

To upload an image, click Select for the image type you are
uploading.
For example, to upload an image to display on the sign-in screen, click
Select next to the Logo field. Similarly, to
add an email image file, click Select next to the Email Image-1 field.
A list of uploaded image files is displayed.
- Choose one of the following actions:
- To select an existing image file, select the file from the
list and click OK.
- To upload a new image file, click Upload,
then do the following steps:
- Provide an image name in the Name field.
- Click Browse and navigate to the file location.
Select the file and click Open.
- Click Upload. A confirmation message is
displayed.
- Click OK to close the confirmation message.
- Click Save.
Note: To
see the updated information, you need to sign out and sign in again.
