Testing the multicluster proxy service

To test the multicluster proxy service, run the egosh service command.

Procedure

  1. Check that the multicluster proxy service is up and running:
    • Linux®:
      egosh service list | grep SMC
ps -wewf | egrep smcp
    • Windows:
      egosh service view SMCP
  2. If the multicluster proxy is not running, check the multicluster proxy log file to troubleshoot:
    • Linux: $SOAM_HOME/logs/smc.proxy.host_name.log
    • Windows: %SOAM_HOME%\logs\smc.proxy.host_name.log
