Federation cluster properties

A multicluster administrator, or a user with the SMC_CLUSTER_VIEW or SMC_CLUSTER_CONTROL permission has a view into the federation cluster, including access to view each cluster’s hosts by an icon view or by a list view, view host properties, and view or modify cluster properties.
